What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Any registration cancellation must be made by email. The registration fee will be refunded to the card used at the time of registration, subject to the following conditions and with a minimum deduction of 5% from the amount paid at the time of registration for administrative costs. Refund percentage based on date of request: - Before February 15, 2026 - 75% - From February 15, 2026 to March 31, 2026 - 60% - From April 1, 2026 to April 10, 2026 - 50% - After April 10, 2026, no refunds will be issued.
