The association Talentos Objetivos - Clube de Enduro e Recreio will be organising, with the support of the Quiaios parish council and Figueira da Foz town hall, the next edition of Trail Running "AQUI HÁ-OS".
It will be held regardless of the weather conditions and the organiser believes that there are no added risks for this type of event.
TRAIL RUN AQUI HÁ-OS is made up of distances of 10km, 17km and 30km.
The routes are designed on the northern and western slopes of the Serra da Boa Viagem on existing paths: roads, single-tracks, farm tracks and very little tarmac. The town of Praia de Quiaios will host the secretariat and the start/finish.
This weekend, the Aqui Há-Os Trail Run adds more spectacle to the International Parrot Festival.

Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race pack can be collected on race day from 7:00 (Ecomuseu Ponto “Q”) and ends 15 Mins before start of the race.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Changing your test registration is only permitted up to 10 days before the event, if there are places available. If the change is For a longer distance race, a payment of the difference will be required. If the change is for a shorter distance, there will be no reimbursement.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In the case proven by a medical certificate/declaration that the athlete is unable to participate up to 15 days before the race takes place, the entire registration fee will be refunded.
