SportGuru Timisoara 21K is an ambitious sporting event aimed at positioning Timisoara as a significant hub in the national and international grassroots sports arena. The 21-kilometre course, designed to showcase the charm of the city along the Bega River, begins and ends in Libertatii Square, a landmark location in Timisoara. The race promises to be both enjoyable and fast-paced, allowing runners to test their personal bests over this distance.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Location - Delivery takes place in Iulius Town Timișoara, in front of the SportGuru store (Cinema area) - 1st floor Date and time: Friday March 19th, 16:00 – 20:00 Saturday March 20th, 10:00 – 20:00
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Modification of a registration (change of persons, transition from one race to another) is possible at least 14 days before the event date by a request sent to the official addresses on the contact page. Any change in registration will be charged as follows: Transfer to another race fee difference + 20% of the paid fee (transfer to a race with a higher fee), 20% of the paid fee (transfer to a race with the same fee), free (transfer to a race with a lower fee, but the fee difference is not returned if it exceeds the transfer fee of 20% of the fee paid) Transfer to the next edition at least 30 days before the event 50% of the paid fee For the new race, the fee at the time of the change is considered vs the fee paid.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In case someone wants to withdraw from the competition, refunding the fee will not be possible. In these cases we encourage the finding of substitutes. In case of exceptional situations that do not depend on the organizer that prevents the event from happening (eg in force majeure, extreme weather conditions), the event can be postponed or even canceled. In this case, the participation fees are not refundable, and the Organizer will in no way bear the adjacent costs (transportation, accommodation, meal, etc.) of the participants.
