We would advise that all participants have the following: Appropriate footwear that is appropriate for an athletics track Clothing and kit to suit the weather of the day. It is likely to be hot and humid, so please consider this when choosing your kit for the event. Protection from the sun is extremely important in terms of both clothing and products.
