StraGardaLake is an annual running event held in Desenzano del Garda, on the southern shores of Italy’s Lake Garda. Designed for runners of different abilities, the event features two main routes of 21 km and 10 km.
Starting from the heart of Desenzano, the routes pass through the lakefront, vineyards, historic villages, and the scenic Morainic Hills, showcasing some of the region’s best-known natural and cultural landmarks. Along the course, participants encounter Food & Music areas offering local specialties and live entertainment. The event has a participation limit of 3,000 runners and includes individual, team, and business team categories. Organised by Top Dolomites, StraGardaLake combines road running with the landscapes, history, and local traditions of the Lake Garda area, providing a well-organised sporting event in one of northern Italy’s most popular destinations.
