The Grove dining and entertainment center
Pan Pacific Park
Run to Remember Los Angeles highlights the history and glamour of Los Angeles as well as Hollywood while featuring all the amenities of a world-class road race.
Your run will begin at The Grove, known for LA's best shopping, dining and entertainment. The course will take you through Hollywood hot spots and Los Angeles diverse communities. You will be entertained by some of the cities finest and pay tribute to those 1st Responders who have made the ultimate sacrifice and lost their lives in the line of duty. Crowds will cheer you on and give you the drive to make a difference. You may even see some celebrities along the way.
As a runner, you will experience the Red Carpet treatment as you run through Paramount Studios backlot.
As you run through the studio, there will be a very moving tribute to our first responders with a line up of new and vintage police and sheriff cars, bomb squad and fire trucks. We are also seeking hi res photos of 1st Responders who have lost their lives in the line of duty. These photos will be used for a special display along the course.
Also on the lot, Paparazzi will cheer you on and take your photo as you experience the New York street set. Where else can you run through the streets of LA, Hollywood and New York in the same race?
Please note that in a city like LA and also on a busy studio backlot, things are always subject to change. This could be due to unexpected construction or movie production. As we get closer to race day, we will post any updates that we are made aware of.
The half marathon route begins at The Grove dining and entertainment center in Los Angeles before taking runners on a route through historic Los Angeles. Runners can expect aid stations roughly every two miles, decorated with themes and stocked with water, sports drinks, and energy gels. On-course entertainment will keep running spirits high as the race continues.
Half marathoners turn around at Barnsdall Park before running back to the Grove — but not before running on the red carpet through Paramount Pictures Studios between miles 9 and 10. Paparazzi will be on hand to give runners the celebrity photo treatment while racing through the studio. There is also a tribute to the first responders before crossing the finish line. And who knows, you might spot a celebrity or two along the way.
