Rockledge Rumble Trail Run

Rockledge Park is a spectacular park offering up the best views of Lake Grapevine that you can find. The park sits atop the rocky ridges and bluffs that sit on the east side of Lake Grapevine near the dam. There are numerous picnic areas for day use including many that sit literally on the edge of the bluffs offering wonderful views of the lake. This is also the host of the annual Rockledge Rumble Trail Run,

The Rockledge Rumble Trail Run is a 50K event. The race takes place on the challenging and popular North Shore Trail along the shore of Lake Grapevine. The trail varies between very runnable soft dirt paths to more technical and rocky sections further from the start/finish. The race finishes along the bank of the lake until runners are forced up the steep, wooden staircase.
