When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Numbers are collected from Race HQ on race day.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Entry fees are non-refundable. We are happy to defer your place to a future event. Where entry prices are dearer you will be expected to pay the difference; no partial refunds will be made for cheaper events. We will not process any deferrals that are requested less than 14 days prior to race day. Post race requests for deferrals will be ignored.
Can I run with my dog?
Unfortunately not as per the TRA UK rules.
Are headphones allowed?
Depends on event, but we’d encourage you not to; it really is better to hear your fellow runners, listen to your breathing, take in the atmosphere. But if you feel you just can’t run without them, headphones may be worn as long as you take responsibility for the volume to be low enough for you to hear all marshal instructions and the words of those around you. When approaching junctions or road crossings you may be instructed to remove them until it is safe to put them back in.
Mandatory Kit?
Depending on whether we might make some gear mandatory, however, this is unlikely. Headtorches are required for our Autumn event.
