Long Course
The course is 48km distance with an accumulated elevation gain/loss of 2500m.
In the first half, you will climb approximately 400 meters from Sarubino Hot Spring (approximately 250m above sea level) to Saikyozan (682m above sea level), but after that, it’s a high-speed course that you can run.
The middle part is a full mountain course with rough terrain, running on the Aburahidake mountain range, located at the southern end of the Suzuka Mountains.
Physical strength and techniques are required.
The latter half is a course to return to Sarubino Hot Spring from Mt. Reizan to Tashiroike, passing the Tokai Nature Trail.
On the course, various plants and historical ruins related to ninjas appeared in the Tenshō Iga War.

Short Course
The course is 22km distance with an accumulated elevation gain/loss of 1100m.
Goes up Mt. Saikyo, follows the ridge from there, runs around Tashiro Pond to Reizan, passes the south peak of Mt. Reizan, descends to Tashiro Pond again, follows the Tokai Nature Trail, and returns to Sarubino-onsen.
This course is on the relatively gentle terrain of Aoyama and Nunobiki and is easy for beginners to run.
It also has course guidance, so even first-time runners can participate.
During the race, enjoy looking out over the entire Iga basin from Saikyozan and the colorful nature of Iga, such as the autumn leaves reflected in Tashiroike and the fluffy trails with fallen leaves.
