Join Nanjing Half Marathon 2025
Inaugurated in 2015, Nanjing Marathon has become a favorite among the running community thanks to its international standards, exceptional race organization, and the city's rich historical and cultural legacy. It also has become a key event in showcasing Nanjing's image as a global sports city.
Since 2020, the Nanjing Marathon has only featured the full marathon and a health run. In response to the diverse demands of runners, Nanjing is expanding its marathon portfolio. Starting from 2024, the city will annually host the Nanjing Half Marathon in March and the Nanjing Marathon in November, establishing a new rhythm of “Half Marathon in the Spring, and Full Marathon in the Autumn". Runners have the opportunity to experience different facets of Nanjing's beauty throughout the year. The first half of the year features the half marathon on the Singapore Nanjing Eco Hi-tech Island, known as "the world's most beautiful marathon course" along its scenic riverbanks. The latter half presents the full marathon in downtown Nanjing, weaving through the historical richness of the ancient city amidst its picturesque landscape.
With this annual "one plus one” events format, Nanjing aims to create a dynamic sports culture featuring two marathons, interactive events, and overall engagement. This initiative is part of Nanjing's great ambition to establish itself as a leading city in sports, forming its status on the world stage.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race materials can generally be collected three days before the event. Please stay updated with the pre-race packet collection instructions for specific details.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
No, race participants must personally collect their race materials and present the passport used during registration. Proxy collection is not permitted.
How do I get to the race location?
Take Line 10 of the Nanjing Metro to either Jiangxinzhou Station or Yuantong Station, and then use the race shuttle bus to reach the starting point. On the race day, participants can ride the Nanjing Metro for free by showing their race bib.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
This event only offers the Half Marathon distance as an option.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
Participants who have successfully made payments can request a refund by sending their name, ID number, contact phone number, and refund request to the official before 24:00 on February 2nd.
