Live the running like never before. At the Renault Half Marathon in Madrid there are no insurmountable barriers! The biggest and most spectacular Half-Marathon in Spain returns. Take your shoes and shoot yourself in its magnificent 21,097 meters throughout the center of the capital. Dream of your goals and turn them into reality!

Madrid Half Marathon (Medio Maratón de Madrid) is the largest half marathon of Spain, and one of the most outstanding in Europe with more than 20,000 participants. Organized by the AD Marathon, Half Marathon of Madrid offers a fun tour which takes place mainly in the north of the city and starting and finishing in the beautiful park The Retreat close to the Prado.

21,097 meters circuit for urban travel on asphalt, approved by the RFEA, from C /.Cibeles and Alcala between Independence Square and finishing at the Paseo de Coches Retiro Park. The maximum time to tour the Half Marathon is 2 hours and 40 minutes. The circuit will be closed to all vehicles except those authorized by the organization. Each kilometer will be signaled by an indicator panel. The first six women cyclists will be accompanied by the Organization. Any other type of support is forbidden.

Aid Stations

In the Half Marathon will be liquid refreshment at km 5, 10, 15 and goal. In the 5 km there will be supplies in goal.

Maximum Time

The maximum time to achieve the goal set in 2 hours and 25 minutes.

During the twelve disputed issues Villa de Madrid Half Marathon test followed a constant trend in the number of participants, the first test that our country gets over 10,000 runners in goal, which he did in 2010 with 10,602 athletes ranked goal.
