Lidingöloppet Vårmilen is known as one of Stockholm’s most scenic spring runs, offering both 5 km and 10 km distances. Taking place at the end of April, the race greets runners with crisp air, a refreshing coastal breeze, and a high chance of sunlight that makes the landscapes glow. The course winds through forest trails, open meadows, and along the archipelago coast, giving runners a mix of natural beauty and varied terrain. Course details
The terrain on the course is of the path/park path type and between 5-8 km it is mostly hilly.
The 5 km course splits/turns after 2.3 km at Koltorps gärde (the start of the Lidingöloppet 30km and 15 km) and crosses Ekholmsnäsvägen before returning to the common course with 10km. The last 350 meters are on the running track inside Lidingövallen.

Race or start moved from one date to another date in the same year: You have the option to move your start location forward one year. We will not refund your entry fee.
