Practicalities
Accommodation
Camping is available at Cottonwood Campground. Lodging is also available at: The Rock Inn, Palmdale Hotel, E-Z 8 Motel

Aid Stations
Aid Stations will have: Sports drinks, cola, sprite, fruit, cookies, candy, chips, boiled potatoes (at later aid stations), pretzels, sandwiches, and maybe something homemade by our fabulous volunteers. Aid stations will have basic first aid kits with band aids, vaseline, etc.
Award Medals
Awards are presented to the first male and first female overall, as well as within each age group.First overall male & female also receive lifetime free entry to the race and first male & female in each age group receive free 2006 entry. Also, every runner receives a LD50 shirt, and each official finisher receives a finisher medal.
Equipment Storage
50 Milers will see drop bags at Aqua Dolce and San Fran Road.

Runners must carpool, as they will be parking on the town streets of the community.
Refreshments
Pre-race pasta dinner at the Lake Hughes Community Center.
