Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Davaki Square Saturday 10.00 am to 7.00 pm The athletes will receive their participation number, the timer chip for the 5km and 10km races as well as other organisational material from the Registration Centre only. Attention! There will be no Registration for the 10km and the 5km races on the day of the Event.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
In case you cannot personally receive your participation package, your representative can do so, producing the email with the bib number (either printed or in electronic form) and a photocopy of the runner’s identity card.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Requests to cancel already submitted and financially settled registrations can be accepted only after a written request has been sent to the organiser up until 30 days before the day of the race. After this deadline, no cancellation request can be accepted. In case of a cancellation, the participation fee is returned to the runner, minus an administrative fee of €5. The refunds will be made approximately a month after the race.
