Join Half Marathon Perla del Tirreno 2026
Half Marathon Perla del Tirreno is a FIDAL-certified road race held in Cefalù, Sicily. Organised by ASD Murialdo Cefalù and officially recognised by the Italian Federation of Athletics, the event covers the half marathon distance on a coastal route beside the Tyrrhenian Sea. The course takes runners along Cefalù’s seafront, with sea views forming much of the backdrop. It continues through streets of the historic centre, an area known for its local history, culture and traditions. A key section of the route passes the Cathedral of Cefalù, a landmark of the city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The race is designed for competitive athletes seeking an officially certified half marathon as well as participants wanting to run in a notable Sicilian setting. The event combines organised road racing with a course that includes seaside scenery, urban heritage and public support along the route.
