Chengdu World Heritage Marathon

The Chengdu World Heritage Marathon offers athletes a unique racing experience set among some of China’s most remarkable UNESCO-listed sites. The course challenges runners with a route that showcases the legendary Dujiangyan Irrigation System—a 2,300-year-old feat of engineering—and the forested slopes of Mount Qingcheng, regarded as the birthplace of Taoism. The course features diverse scenery, including terraced fields with vibrant rapeseed blossoms, stretches of bamboo forest, and traditional villages along the Minjiang River.
