When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Your race goodies (T-shirt and headband) can be collected at registration Note: All items must be claimed on event day.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Once you have bought your ticket for the Arabian Warrior - this is final. We do not issue full or partial refunds. This is because we plan our events well in advance and make decisions based on the number of people coming to ensure the full successful delivery of the best event for you.
Can I transfer my registration to another participant?
Arabian Warrior will allow 1 free ticket transfer to another person who will attend the same event that you purchased your ticket for. Any additional transfers will incur a transfer fee of 15 AED + admin fee.
Can I do Arabian Warrior alone? Do I need a team?
You sure can! Participants can run as individuals and there will be plenty of people on course to help when needed. From the start line through to the last obstacle, you will make many new friends willing to lend you a helping hand where needed.
Is Arabian Warrior a timed race? Will I be given my course time?
Yes, timed options are available.
What is in store for participants and supporters?
Standardized approach: We ensure consistency in our events, so you know what you’re coming to and the great experience you’ll get. OCR course: Each course features a minimum of one fun and challenging obstacle every 500 meters (on average). The Village: Features at least four obstacles for your friends and family to watch you conquer. It also boasts an extensive selection of food and beverages to keep you fuelled. Convenient shower and toilet facilities are also there for you to enjoy after your run. Want to hang out after? Enjoy music from one of the region’s top DJs (click here for DJ Devil Ambassador), and the energetic Warrior Emcee crew.
