Join Åhus TrailRun 2025
Welcome to the 10th edition of Åhus TrailRun, set along the stunning Baltic Sea coast in Friseboda, just 1 hour and 40 minutes by car from Copenhagen Airport.
This spectacular trail running event invites you to explore the coastal forests and sandy shores south of Åhus in Skåne, the southern part of Sweden. Runners can choose between various courses, each offering a mix of terrain: forest paths, rolling dunes, challenging slopes, and stretches of sand right by the sea.
For the youngest participants, we also host a children’s race—free of charge, untimed, and complete with a medal.
Expect slightly hilly trails, diverse surfaces, and breathtaking scenery. Whether you’re chasing a challenge or simply looking to enjoy nature, Åhus TrailRun promises an unforgettable running experience.

Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Takes place before the race at the arena from 11:00-12:15. We recommend that you arrive at least one hour before the start. Consider the walking distance between the parking lot and the arena, so that you arrive on time.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Entry fees are non-refundable. You can transfar your registration to another person up to 3 days before the race for a fee of 100 SEK.
