“Oh meus deus” has several races with diferent distances and altitudes:
OMD20 (26,8km, slope of 1.860 m, in 8h – Long trail)
OMD50 (55.8km, slope of 3.280m, in 12h – Long trail)
OMD100 (100.2km, slope of 5.770m, in 26h – Ultra XL Trail)
The OMD Ultra Trail® Serra da Estrela is the forerunner in long distance trail running in Continental Portugal, being the first one with 100km and 100miles.
OMD160 (157,1km, slope of 8.530m, in 44h - Ultra XL Trail)
Now it has another emblematic distance called OMD200 (196km, slope of 10.338m, in 44h – Ultra XL Trail)
It's an extensive course with great unevenness, and a multitude of difficulties, inherent to the prolonged effort, the altitude and the temperature ranges.
It's joy, it's effort, it's pain, it's glory, it's harmony. It is the full contact with nature, it is the challenge, it is the test of physical and psychological limits. It is adrenaline, it is nature sports... it is the thrill of traveling through the senses.
