When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The place and date for the withdrawal of numbers will be published on the event website and social networks. To collect the number it will be necessary to present the runner's ID. The possibility of collecting race numbers on race day is not contemplated.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
The withdrawal of the number by another person other than the runner is allowed with the duly completed authorization (download from the registration platform).
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
Once registration has been completed, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, and it will not be possible to make any type of change to it (ownership, modality or shirt size). In the event of suspension of the event or postponement due to force majeure (adverse meteorological phenomena, decision of the competent authority, etc.), there will be no refund of the amount paid in registration or any compensation.
