Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Registered participants may pick up a race number for additional participants by showing a pic of a valid photo ID/passport for each person.
How do I get to the race location?
The race begins on Navoti Drive. This is near the NAH Sedona Verde Valley Medical Center in Sedona, and we provide FREE shuttle service on race day! You can download our map to view the seven shuttle stop locations. We suggest getting familiar with these stops ahead of time as some have changed. Look for the school buses marked with RunSedona signs and hop on! Friends and family can ride the shuttles too, but please prioritize athletes so they reach the starting line first. Shuttles run approximately every 20 minutes. Pro tip: The peak time for pre-race shuttles to fill up is 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM. Go early to allow extra time in case a shuttle is full and can’t stop for you.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
You are able to change your race distance up through midnight February 1, 2026.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
RunSedona entry fees are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, under any and all circumstances, including City/County/State impacts/restrictions, but not limited to, cancellation of the event or your participation, or change in the date, nature, or format of the event due to current mandates/restrictions. An event may be canceled or changed due to severe weather or other factors that threaten the safety of participants, staff, or volunteers. You are able to request to defer your entry to the next following year for a fee of $35 up through midnight February 1, 2026. STARTING SEPTEMBER 1, 2025. You are able to transfer your entry to another person for a fee of $20. The deadline to transfer is midnight, February 1, 2026.
This is a cupless event
RunSedona is cupless. Aid stations will offer hydration with quick fill pitchers. Please be prepared by bringing your personal hydration cup or bladder. All participants will be given a HydraPak SpeedCup with their entry.
