When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race numbers may be collected at the Runner's Fair: on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, November 8, 2025, in the morning from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and in the afternoon from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Once registration has been accepted, the registration fee will not be refunded except in the following cases: – 80% of the registration fee will be refunded for submitting a certificate of sports injury that could prevent recovery by the date of the race, after consulting with the organization. Registration fees will only be accepted until November 1st. Refunds will not be accepted for common illnesses.
