Join Maratón Internacional Elche - Alicante 2026
Club Atlético Montemar, in collaboration with the city councils of Alicante and Elche, is organizing the inaugural marathon connecting the two cities. The race will START at the Altamira Palace in Elche and FINISH at pier 12 in the Port of Alicante.
Elche, known as the city of the Lady, boasts numerous attractions that make it a must-visit destination. With over 40 experiences to explore, you can immerse yourself in its rich history, vibrant culture, festive celebrations, and stunning natural landscapes. Enjoy 9 kilometers of pristine beaches and visit its THREE UNESCO World Heritage Sites—the largest Palm Grove in Europe, the Misteri d'Elx, and the Puçol Educational Project and Museum. Whether you travel with your partner, friends, alone, or as a family, endless experiences await you in this Mediterranean Oasis.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The Race pack to be collected will be in Elche on Friday, 27th from 17:00 pm to 20:30 pm; on Saturday 28th from 10:00am to 20:30pm.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Once registration has been completed, the registration fee for the race will not be refunded for any reason except for injury or illness. In the event of injury or illness, a refund of the registration fee can be requested up to 15 days before the race in the event of injury certified with a medical certificate from the runner with the corresponding diagnosis. There will be a management fee of €5 to be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
