For the first time, this event will host the ADAC (Associação Distrital de Atletismo de Coimbra) Half Marathon District Championship, crowning the district champion in Ameal. Part of the World Athletics calendar, the race features a homologated and certified course, offering a fast and record-breaking potential. In its inaugural edition, the event achieved global recognition with three World Athletics-approved times, showcasing its high-quality organization and competitive appeal.
