When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
SATURDAY 13 SEPTEMBER - 15:00-19:00 SUNDAY 14 SEPTEMBER - 06:00- up to 10 minutes before the start of your race.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In the event of cancellation of the race due to force majeure or the impossibility of holding the event, no refund of the registration fee will be provided. There will be no refund of the registration fee in the event of an athlete's inability to participate in the race, nor will the registration be moved to the following year. It is possible to transfer your bib by communicating it to the Organization by 31/08/2025 and paying the €5.00 fee for secretarial costs. It is possible to change the route by communicating it by 31/08/2025 and integrating the fee in the case of switching to higher routes. Differences in altitude will not be reimbursed in the case of switching to lower routes.
Is medical certificate required?
All participants are required to present a valid medical certificate for competitive activity (list of sports table B) valid at the time of the event. In case of failure to deliver the medical certificate or in case of presentation of an invalid certificate at the time of the race, the bib will not be delivered. The medical certificate for foreign athletes must be provided using the specific form provided by the organization.
