With its course entirely along Piedmont side of Lake Maggiore, the SPORTWAY Lake Maggiore Marathon is considered by everyone as one of the most panoramic race in the world. SPORTWAY Lake Maggiore Marathon is organized under the rules of FIDAL (Italian Athletic Federation) IAAF (International Association Athletics Federations), EAA (European Athletic Association) and AIMS (Association International Marathon and Distance Races). Course details
Lake Maggiore Marathon course is considered fast and ideal for good performances. The course includes some part up/downhill but the Lake Maggiore Marathon holds Course Records recognized internationally with many runners achieving their PB on selected distance.
