When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The bib and the race pack must be collected in person at the Bologna Marathon expo on Friday, Saturday and Sunday by presenting a valid identity document and a confirmation letter. Friday 15.30 - 19.00 Saturday 10.00 - 19.00 Sunday 6.30 - 8.45 Athletes who are unable to collect their bibs and race kits the Friday and Saturday can schedule their pickup on Sunday morning.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Bibs and race packs may also be collected by third parties authorized to collect them by presenting a specific proxy in the confirmation letter and a photocopy of a valid identity document of the delegating runner. Proxies will be accepted for the collection of bibs/race packs for a maximum of 3 people.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
For upgrades, you will need to pay the difference. For downgrades, no additional payment is required.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Refunds are not provided, as per the regulations. You can request to defer your registration to the next edition or transfer your bib to a friend. This must be done by February 11, 2026.
Can I register if I don’t yet have my medical certificate?
Yes, you can submit it by February 24, 2026.
Can I participate as a non-competitive runner?
Only non-resident foreigners in Italy can participate as non-competitive runners. They will have an official time but no place in the rankings.
