Course details
THE 10K COURSE A fantastic course with the first kilometer running through the main high street and forks right along Lon Pentre Bach to the Deucoch, then heads left down to the Sarn Bach crossroads. Heading straight over there’s a section of narrow lanes stretching towards the far end of the beach with a short section of road running round the bay before reaching ‘Tocyn Brutal a challenging hill that is a rough track lasting for 0.3 of a mile (picking the right line up here will make it so much easier for you!). Some undulating roads for 2 miles, looping back round till you head down onto the golf course before joining the far end of the beach. An exhilarating kilometer along the beach (including some groynes) to the finish just before the middle slip ramp.
3K
The 3K Beach Race takes place ahead of the main 10k event and is suitable for runners of all skill levels. This enjoyable race begins and concludes on the beach. The course navigates through the golf course, along a bridle track, and then returns to the beach. The exciting finale sees runners finishing their race at the water's edge, making for a truly unforgettable experience.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race bib collection will be on the evening before the race in The Courtyard at The Vaynol on Lon Pen Cei in Abersoch (5pm – 9pm) or on morning of the race itself from 8am on the beach accessed by Golf Road in Abersoch.
