The 10/5 Milles Ciutat de Maó is one of the most spectacular events in the sporting calendar. A small event with a few hundred runners, ideal weather conditions, a scenic and demanding route.
The course passes through the historical and natural heritage of the Port of Maó while combining beautiful routes by the sea and the privileged passage through unique spaces such as the Fortalesa de La Mola , the Casetes de Vorera , the Naval Base or Pinto Island.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Place: At the tent located in the parking lot of the cruise ship terminal (next to FINISH LINE) Friday, September 19th , 5 to 8 p.m.. – Bib numbers pick-up and last-minute registrations. Saturday September 20th , 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. - Bib numbers pick-up (On this day there will be no last-minute registrations). Saturday, September 20th , 3 to 4 p.m. - Bib numbers pick-up (No last-minute registrations). To pick up the bib numbers, an official identity document (ID card, passport, driver's license) will be essential. To pick up the bib numbers, athletes who have claimed to be federated will have to provide proof from the corresponding Athletics Federation, for example a certificate. Only federated in athletics are admitted.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
The participant unable to go in person to withdraw their number may authorise another person. There is a form which the authorised person must bring, duly filled out, along with their ID card and a photocopy of the participant’s ID.
How do I get to the race location?
The Organisation will make available to the participants, with prior notification on the registration form, a transport service to the starting line. – All participants, along with their number, will be given the ticket for boarding the bus. – The bus for the 10 Miles race will depart at 4.30 p.m. from the parking lot of the Maritime Station of Maó. – The starting line of 10 Miles, in the Fortaleza de la Mola, has parking for private cars, however it is useful to know that the road to la Mola will be closed from 4 p.m. and in case someone does not leave the Mola before the start, then should wait after the race line. – The bus for the 5 Miles race runners will leave at 4.45 p.m. from the Maritime Station of Maó.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Distance changes from 10 to 5 miles are possible, but the difference in registration fees will not be refunded.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
- Until August 10th: REFUND of 50% of the registration fee - From August 11st to September 9th: REFUND of 30% of the registration fee. - From September 10th, cancellations will not be accepted for any reason.
What day and time is the race?
September 20, 2025, the 10th edition of the "10 & 5 MILES CIUTAT DE MAÓ", whose start will take place at 5:30 p.m. at the Fortress of La Mola (Port de Maó) for the 10 Miles runners and in the Urb. of Cala Llonga, in the Passeig dels Mariners (Park), for 5 Mile runners. The Finish Line will be the same for both distances and will be located in the Port of Maó (Cruise Ship Maritime Station).
