What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
All participants are entitled to a 50% refund of their registration fee before August 15, 2025, provided that they submit a request with a document proving the reason, provided that the reason is serious or force majeure. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued. The organization allows the change of race number ownership in exceptional and justified cases, provided that it is made before September 1, 2025. The change of ownership must be for the same category and race, and will have a cost of €3. The organization reserves the right to modify or cancel the race in the event of force majeure. If this is made at least 5 days before the race, or if the race is interrupted after the start, no refund will be granted; the race number will be kept for the following year.
