When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Bibs can be collected from the Health & Lifestyle Expo on Friday, 31st January to Saturday, 1st February 2025.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, he/she needs to show the Booking details and confirmation mail.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
You can change it 10 days before the event.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
The full refund will be made if the ticket is cancelled one month before the event. The half amount will be refunded if the ticket is cancelled 15 days before the event. No refund will be made if the ticket is cancelled before 2 weeks. The refunded amount will be given 10 days after the event.
Can I register on race day?
No, registration will not be available on the race day.
