When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
After signing the waiver (sent by email within 1 month before the event date), you will receive a QR code for collect your Race kit. Pickup time and location will be announced on our Facebook Fanpage and Website.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes. You can authorize someone to collect your race pack on your behalf. They must present these documents: - Online authorization form - Your QR code (receive once signing the waiver) - Their ID document - Photo of your ID document For runners under 16, additional documents are required, including the signed Waiver Form, a copy of the birth certificate, the legal guardian's ID, and proof of guardianship (if applicable).
How do I get to the race location?
The location is accessible by public transport and taxi. We recommend runners to book taxi via applications, such as Be, Grab, and Green SM Taxi...
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Changing the running distance is allowed if it is requested before the deadline. The runner will have to pay an extra fee of 300,000 VND and the differences if the fee for the new distance is higher than that for the initially registered distance, while there will be non-refundable amount if the fee for the new distance is lower.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Runners will not get refund of the registration fee should the race be cancelled/delayed under any reason. After completing registration and fee payment, runners cannot ask for refunds relating to the registration for any reason. In case of unfavorable weather or unforeseen circumstances, ROC will notify the runners of the cause before the Race day. ROC can delay the event and are responsible for notifying the runners of the date to which the event is delayed.
