Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
After completing the payment, athletes may change their registered distance with a change fee of VND 200,000, plus any distance difference fee (if applicable). The distance difference fee is calculated based on the difference between the race bib price of the new distance at the time the athlete makes the change and the race bib price of the original distance at the time of registration. The Organizer will not refund any fee difference if the athlete switches to a shorter distance.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Registration fees are non-refundable. Athletes may change the registered participant's name with a change fee of VND 200,000.
