Join Corrida Porto de Viana 2026
APDL – Administração dos Portos do Douro, Leixões e Viana do Castelo SA and EventSport, in collaboration with the APDL Culture and Sports Center, organize the 3rd edition of the Corrida Porto de Viana, with the purpose of encouraging the practice of sports as an element of promoting health and quality of life for all people.
A 10 km race and a 5 km walk will take place on 13 June 2026, starting at 5 pm. The event is intended to be a true celebration for sports lovers and a beautiful sunset, this one integrated into the day of the Port of Viana.
Both races start at the Port of Viana do Castelo and finish at the Marina Garden.
Manuela Machado, athlete and world marathon champion, is the godmother of the Porto de Viana Race.
This event is part of the Day of the Port of Viana do Castelo, the only day in which the Port is open to the entire population with various entertainment activities, thus promoting proximity with the local community.
