Le marathon d'Almaty (kazakh: Алматы марафоны) est un événement caritatif annuel. Le parcours du semi-marathon d'Almaty est une boucle avec très peu de terrain plat. Le dénivelé cumulé est d’environ 200 mètres. Le parcours complet du marathon couvre la même boucle deux fois. Une fois que vous aurez fini de courir, vous pourrez partir à l’assaut des nouvelles collines car il existe de nombreux sentiers de randonnée incroyables juste à l'extérieur de la ville. Assurez-vous de visiter le lac Big Almaty qui mérite quelques photos et vous laissera de superbes souvenirs. Les organisateurs du Marathon d'Almaty contribuent à promouvoir un mode de vie sain parmi les citoyens et sont impliqués dans de nombreux projets, notamment la construction d'infrastructures sportives dans les internats, les jardins d'enfants et l'achat de matériel médical.
Almaty Marathon is the Central Asia’s largest sports event taking place at the foot of the picturesque Zailisky Alatau mountains. Its track runs along the main streets of Almaty, offering stunning mountain views, long climbs and steep descents, where runners are accompanied by numerous cheering spectators along the track. This is so much more than just another sports competition! It’s a truly global event with participants from more than 60 countries around the world.
Almaty Marathon is much more than just another mass sporting event! We use sport to drive positive community changes, combining inclusivity, sustainability, and the development of the city’s running infrastructure.
Charity is an important part of the marathon’s mission. A portion of entry fees is annually donated to support children with special needs. For all these years we have implemented more than 30 charitable projects in Almaty and Almaty Region.
Almaty Marathon is a member of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) and its tracks are certified in compliance with the World Athletics standards.
Almaty Marathon is included in the TAN series — the first international running series of Turkic nations.

Can someone collect my race pack for me?

Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Participants can change their distances only before 15 September 2025. If a slot for participation in the Competition has already been purchased, you must contact the Organising Committee and pay 1,000 (one thousand) KZT for changing the distance. In case of changing the distance from a shorter to a longer one, the participant must pay the difference in the cost of the slots. In case of changing the distance from a longer to a shorter one, the difference in the cost is not refundable. It is possible to change the distance only if there are free slots for the selected distance. In this case, the previously assigned BIB number will be lost and the participant will be assigned a new number corresponding to the selected distance.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Funds paid for participation in the Competition are non-refundable.
