Missouri Research Park
With temperatures in the mid-60s to low 70s, this race will be a beautiful late spring race for runners looking for a great destination race! Be sure to make time to take in all St. Louis has to offer: visit the iconic Gateway Arch or Six Flags St. Louis, take a tour of the historic Anheuser-Busch Brewery (if you're 21 years or older!) and take in some live blues music in the entertainment district in the heart of downtown Ballpark Village St. Louis.
The half marathon begins and ends in Missouri Research Park in St. Charles, MO, taking runners through 13 miles of scenic greenery and conservation areas. The first several miles of the course take runners along the Missouri River west of St. Louis onto the Busch Greenway.
From there runners will run through the Weldon Spring Conservation area, running through the Katy Trail, Hamburg Trail, and Busch Greenway again throughout the half marathon. Runners can expect moderate changes in elevation throughout the course, with long downhill and uphill stretches throughout the course.
