What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
You can transfer yourself to any other ATW event for a small admin fee of £5.00. If you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, family bereavement, jury service you will only be eligible for a credit on production of official evidence: Positive Covid-19 test result, Doctor’s note, Death Certificate etc.
Can I wear headphones?
All our road races are licenced by UK Athletics which means the wearing of headphones is strictly prohibited with the exception of bone conductors which leave the ear open to marshal instructions, traffic or emergency announcements.
Can I run with my dog?
All our road races are licenced and governed by UK Athletics rules and therefore dogs are not allowed to participate.
When will I receive further information about the event?
The detailed race information including maps, details on parking, registration, baggage and start times will be e-mailed out to participants approximately 10 days before the event date. This sometimes ends up in junk mail so please keep an eye out for it!
