Join Annapurna Marathon 2026
Experience one of the world’s most breathtaking trail races at the Annapurna Marathon, a legendary event set amidst the striking landscapes of Nepal’s Himalayas. Covering the full marathon distance, this race begins at the iconic Annapurna Base Camp, situated at a heart-pounding 4,130 meters above sea level, and descends through a dramatic series of terrains—passing Fishtail Base Camp, traditional villages, and thick forests—to the mountain village of Ghandruk at 2,012 meters.
Runners will test their endurance on steep ascents, technical descents, rocky trails, and shallow river crossings, all while surrounded by sweeping Himalayan vistas. The challenging high altitude and rugged course make the Annapurna Marathon a bucket-list event for seasoned trail athletes and adventure-seekers worldwide.
