Join Umeå Triathlon
The Umeå triathlon starts at Nydalasjön's recreation area close to the city.
The competition area is a popular hangout for families with children and outdoor enthusiasts. There is an adventure playground attached to the competition area and many people run and walk on the road around the lake.

Course details
After switching, the cycle path goes out towards the sea via Täfteå. Olympic distance has its turning point in Rovögern. After the turn, the cycling section goes back the same way and then switches to running. The sprint distance turns earlier.
The run takes place on a multi-lap course where the runners meet each other several times. It is a crowd-friendly and fast course.
The environment is close to the sea with elements of farms, arable land and a bit of a city feel as we are on the outskirts of Umeå.
