The Trans Sahara Marathon is an Ultra Trail of 200 km in 4 stages in the Sahara Desert of Morocco.
Come explore our culture-rich city and truly experience the desert challenge. Running the extreme desert challenge is also helping connects non-profit organizations to passionate race participants willing to fundraise and raise awareness for causes that give back to our local community.

Saturday, February 7, 2026: Arrival
Sunday, February 8, 2026: Transfer from Ouarzazate to the bivouac
Monday, February 9, 2026: PROLOGUE 10km untimed joint race
Tuesday, February 10, 2026: Stage 1 & 200KM
Wednesday, February 11, 2026: Stage 2 - loop stage to the largest dune of Erg Chegaga
Thursday, February 12, 2026: Stage 3 - varied stage between dunes and plateaus
Friday, February 13, 2026: Stage 4 - alternating between dunes and the Draa wadi until arriving at M'Hamid El Ghizlane
Saturday, February 14, 2026: Marrakech transfer
Sunday, February 15, 2026: Return from Marrakech airport

What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
When withdrawing more than 90 days prior to the start date of an event, the entry fee will be refunded in full, minus the deposit. When withdrawing from an event less than 90 days and more than 30 days before the start date, you will be refunded 50% of the entry fee minus the deposit. When withdrawing from the event less than 30 days prior to the start date, there will be No refunds.
