Take part in the Tihio Race weekend Including a three-day stage race and four one-day races that guarantee no lees good memoriess, excitment and fun.
The stage race is aimed at athletes who want to test their limits in an ultra race and have never dared to, to athletes who run ultra-distances taming fatigue with the different management of a race that looks easy but in fact is not, to fast athletes, slow athletes, athletes who are not afraid to test their limits in something completely different from the usual.

Wolf's Race 57km
The start of the 57-kilometer race is given at the specially designed amphitheater in Teichio. The old route was 51km but another 6km were added so that the number of kilometers now symbolizes the victims of the Tempi railway tragedy.
Deer's Race 30km
The race starts and finishes in the village of Teichio, in the Dorida Mountain Range. Teichio is located in the southwest of the Prefecture of Phocis, 25 km from Nafpaktos, 79 km from Amfissa and 250 from Athens. The race route consists of 25% forest road, 70% trail and only 5% asphalt road. The total positive elevation gain over the 30 km route is 1530m.
Hawk's Race 20km
The start of the 20 kilometer race takes place in the specially designed amphitheater in Teichio. The first kilometers of the route are uphill and follow a ridge path (and minimal forest). Here the long route and the shorter ones split. The 20km route follows the dirt road east for a while and immediately drops to the main dirt road following the same course. Upon reaching the concrete reservoir, it turns sharply west to enter a downhill path. From here on, it coincides with the long route.
Rabbit's Race 10km
A specially designed route for beginner mountain runners. It includes few paths so that it is not technical, but it does not lack in aesthetics as it runs along small (narrow) forest roads through oak forests.
May Day Race 11km
A new route is being added to the existing ones, in the context of May Day, so that those who choose to come for four days can enjoy an additional beautiful wander on the paths of Dorida. Of course, it is a timed race (not counted in the Stage score) but also a hiking route for anyone who wishes. The aim is to highlight the old path that the villagers used to descend to the Mornos River but also once a year to celebrate at the Chapel of Katagiani (Kato Ai Giannis).

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The race packs (goodies bags, bib number, e.t.c.) will be given in Tihio at the starting point, one day before the race and the same day of the race.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
Any runner that enters the race and fails to take part in the race, shall not be entitled to a refund. In case of postponement or cancellation of the race under the responsibility of the organization or after a government decision, the money will be returned to the participants.
