When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race Pack Collection for Overseas Participants is scheduled for the eve of the event date. Date: 14th September 2024 Time: 2pm - 6pm Only Venue: East Coast Park, Angsana Green, East Coast Park Service Road, Nearest Carpark, E2 Required: Registration confirmation email / Identity Card /Passport
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, they must show your Confirmation ID as well as a copy of your ID.
How do I get to the race location?
The race venue is located at East Coast Park, Angsana Green, (Along East Coast Service Road) BY CAR: Nearest parking available is at carpark E2 or E3. Please note that car parks F2 and G will be closed until 1pm so cars parked there cannot be removed. BY TAXI: Alight at East Coast Park Service Road (Carpark E2) BY TRAIN: Bayshore MRT Station (Thompson-East Line, available 23rd June onwards) TEL will be operating from approx. 6.30am Bikes are not allowed on the train. Take the train only if you are using a folding bike or are renting a bike at the venue. BY BUS: The following transport lines have routes that pass near East Coast Park, Angsana Green 12E, 155, 196, 31, 36, 401, 43, 48 Do check the bus schedules before commuting to the venue by bus.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes, you can do so. However, please make sure you let us know of this change at least 3 weeks before the event to avoid additional transfer fees. Difference in registration fees will be charged for any upgrades at the time of transfers. No refunds will be given for downgrades.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
Registrations are final and non-refundable. However we do understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen - Inquire us to explore potential alternatives.
Must I bring my own bike for the race?
Yes, you will be required to bring your own bicycle to race. Bike rentals are available for race-day use, and options to do so will be available closer to the date, via the race website.
Must I take a swim trial if I have not prior open water experience?
Yes, it is mandatory to attend and pass the OWS Trial. Your safety in open water is our utmost importance. There will be a swim trial for all first-timers 2 weeks before the event (1 Sept 2024).
What is the difference between the Swim Clinic and Open Water Swim Trial?
The Swim Clinic is an optional event that will help to you better understand and learn Open Water Swim skills. If you are a first timer attending the Swim Clinic, you will be required to complete the OWS Trial after the Clinic.
I am an Overseas Participant, Which Hotel should I consider staying at?

Can I transfer my event slot to another year if I am unable to make it?
We know life throws us curve balls at unexpected times. A valid documentation must be provided for any medical, work related reasons for transfers to a different year. Do note that a transfer fee of $15 will apply for such transfers.
Will there be prizes or awards for these events?
Yes there are! Each age group category will have their own awards for the top 3 Male or Female Finishers.
