Join Serifos Sunset Race
It is worth mentioning that throughout the event, health protection measures for Covid 19 will be taken in order to comply with the protocols that the civil protection defined
All participants, in order to be able to take part in the event, must have with them a vaccination or disease certificate or alternatively have a molecular PCR Test with them (for Covid 19) 48 hours prior to the start of the races and make sure that the Covid tests are negative or a Rapid Test (48 hours prior). The results of the Covid 19 tests need to be posted in this website: https://self-testing.gov.gr/ .
Participants in the 20km race and swimmers will need to provide a medical certificate from a cardiologist issued up to 2 months before the event. Excluding active athletes who should have a corresponding health card with them.
It is noted that the race will be conducted in accordance with the legislation in force at the time of the race and the instructions of the competent authorities, always bearing in mind the public health and the health of participants and limiting the spread of COVID-19. The registered runners will be fully and timely informed about the rules of the race, any modification of the terms of participation as well as the health protection measures that should follow in the period before the start and during the race.
Serifos Sunset Race 2021 will be held in Co – Organization with the South Aegean Region under the Municipality of Serifos and with the full support of the Serifos Tourism Committee and local associates (AO Serifos, Commercial Association, Association of Rooms and Apartments, Serifia Association, ‘’Andromeda’’ Women’s Association).

Alloggio
Most of the accommodation options are located at Livadi - Chora area. Livadi, the port of Serifos, is the touristic centre of the island, where most of the accommodation and shops are located. In Livadi and Avlomonas beach, you will find many rooms and hotels to rent, and it is a perfect choice since its convenient location allows you to move easily to all places in Serifos. More information is provided in confirmation email.
Servizi post-gara
There are some after race services, such as water and snack provision as well as a hatha yoga class, which assists runners and athletes to a smoother recovery.

Postazioni di Pronto Soccorso
There will be 6 water stations during the 20K race, a car following the runners providing them with any assistance they might need, a doctor and ambulance ready to give first aid and transfer them to the Serifos Health Center if needed.
Medaglie
Medals to all participants. Prizes and gifts for the 3 first men and the 3 first women of the race. Classification and gifts to the first man and the first woman who will combine both sports as following: 5 km run and 1500m swim, 10km run and 3000m swim, 20km run and 3000m swimming (with limitation to at least 10 participants).

The bag drop space is close to the finish line.
Tempo massimo
Maximum time of 5k Race is one hour, of 10k race one and a half hours and 20K completion time must be within two and a half hours.

Parking is available on the roads around the area of the event location.
Servizio fotografico offerto
There are photographers taking photos during the whole event program and as soon as the event is over, after couple of weeks maximum they are being posted on the website of the event, in the section photos.
Cosa offre il kit da gara
Racekit includes a finisher medal, finisher commemorative t-shirt, swim cap (for the swimming races), Bib Number, chip timing, water bottle and snack.
Cronometraggio
The timing is being held with chips, timing mats and live timing results.
