Join Runners' lab Bashir's run 2026
The Runners' Lab Bashir's Run is a prestigious half marathon supported by Olympic medalist Bashir Abdi. He personally designed the course with a focus on achieving personal bests. Both recreational runners and elite athletes can participate in different waves. The event also serves as the Belgian Half Marathon Championship.
Course details
This year the course has been redesigned and is even faster. While Bashir may have a shot at the European record, you will find the ideal conditions to run your best time ever.
The course is officially measured and accreditation by World Athletics has been requested. So your new record will be official!

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
You can pick up your starting number in the canteen of the Wouter Weylandt athletics stadium. - Friday 6 March between 12h and 16h - Saturday 7 March between 10 am and 4 pm - Sunday 8 March as from 7.30am
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In case of non-participation, regardless of the reason, no claim can be made for a refund of the registration fee and any extras. Cases of force majeure do not entitle you to any refund of the registration fee or any other form of compensation.
Can my dog walk with me during an event?
Dogs may walk along on a leash. One condition, however, is that the dog is used to walking in a group.
