The race course involves a flat, fast-paced run along the waterfront, with participants setting off in a time trial format and maintaining a distance from each other. This event encourages fun and fitness, which means that whether you want to walk, jog, or run, all are welcome!

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Registration will be open from 8am and will close at 9.50am so please arrive nice and early. The event hub is located on the large grassed area, to the left of the children’s play area at Hampton Pier Recreation Ground.
How do I get to the race location?
The event hub is based at Herne Bay and parking is available as below. Please note the carpark is limited in space so try and park on Hampton Pier Avenue to help avoid congestion. Follow signs for Herne Bay and then follow directions to street address shown above. Once on Hampton Pier Avenue, you will see children’s play area and the free public car park on Swalecliffe Avenue which is directly opposite the event hub. Herne Bay railway station is the closest, around a 15 minute walk
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
The Fix Events cancellation/refund policy is: Up to 14 days before the event you can cancel and receive a 60% refund on your entry fees. After this point we can not offer any refunds.
Can I wear headphones?
Yes we do allow this but please note it is your responsibility to make sure you can hear what's going on around you when running, including marshals and general public. Please keep the volume at a level whereby you can hear any important announcements that may be made. (this is allowed at running events but not triathlon, please see last faq for more info)
