Join Pune International Marathon
Pune International Marathon is India’s premium Marathon event, Since 1983, thousands of runners from all walks of life had taken part in the event. Pune International Marathon is now widely used as a platform to spread social message and to raise fund for charitable cause. Athletics Federation of India has award status of National Marathon Championship to Pune International Marathon. Pune International Marathon route consist of city of Pune’s scenic and historic locations and thousands of spectators lining up the course to cheers runners. It is the most anticipated running festival of city of Pune.
The race yearly attracted over 50,000 runners from India and around the world. Corporate participants also helped in this battle against HIV/AIDS by participating in the 4.5 km Race against AIDS. All the money collected from this race is donated to Project Concern International, a widely respected NGO working towards HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention in Pune
Course highlights
It starts from Khandoji Baba Chowk, Deccan Gymkhana. The 42.195 km route is designed in such a fashion that lakhs of spectators can line the route and be an integral part of the event.Mappa del percorso
