When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Collection will take place at El Corte Inglés in Palma , Avda. Alejandro Rosselló, 15 (7th Floor – Sports): Friday 8/05/2026 : from 10:00 to 21:00 h Saturday 05/09/2026 : from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
The withdrawal of the number by another person other than the runner is allowed with the duly completed authorization (download from the registration platform).
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In the event of suspension or postponement of the event due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, decision of the competent authority, etc.), the amount paid for registration will not be refunded nor will any compensation be paid.
Cut-off times
The maximum time to complete the Family Green Mile is set at 20 minutes, for the 5K distance it will be a maximum of 40 minutes (pace of 8 min/km) while for the 10K mode a maximum time to cover the two laps of the circuit will be set at 1 hour and 20 minutes (pace of 8 min/km). Net time measured from the passage of each runner through the starting arch.
