The course offers a mix of city and nature, with a supportive atmosphere and great energy from start to finish. 90 % of the race is on asfalt and 10% on gravel.

How do I get to the race location?
Start, finish, changing rooms and other facilities are located at Åby Arenastad, Ishallen Idrottsvägen 3, Mölndal. If you are travelling to us by car, Söderleden or Bifrostleden are preferable. There are plenty of paid parking spaces directly adjacent to the start/finish area. By bus, take bus 753 and get off at the Åby Arenastad Mölndal stop. Bicycle parking is available at the start/finish area.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Number tags and pre-ordered shirts will be handed out the days before the race at the race location. We would like to encourage all runners to arrive early and pick up their number tags. For those who are unable to pick up their number tags before, there is the possibility of picking them up at the race start from 09:00 on the day of the race, but expect queues and arrive in good time.
