The Antrim Coast Half Marathon (formerly Larne Half Marathon) offers a course that promises to be one of the flattest and fastest in the UK & Ireland, taking in many prominent landmarks & stunning scenery along the route, following the Antrim Coast Road. The surrounding landscape has been used extensively for the filming of of HBO’s Game of Thrones.
Course highlights
The course takes runners along a scenic coastal route starting at the Larne Leisure Centre. It is an out-and-back road race heading north along the coast, looping clockwise through Croft Road, Ballymullock Road and Cairncastle Road before returning south to the finish line back at the Leisure Centre.
