Should the Event be cancelled due to weather or any circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser within 14 days before the scheduled date of the Event i.e. 25 November 2024, Monday, no refund of entry fees paid will be return to applicant. Should the Event be cancelled due to weather or any circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser 14 days before the scheduled date of the Event i.e. 25 November 2024, Monday, a sum no more than 50% of the entry fee paid will be refund to the applicant. All donation made to the Organiser are not returnable should the Event be cancelled due to weather or any circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser The Organiser shall have no other responsibilities and/or liabilities in relation to cancellation of the Event.

Full Marathon: Elite: 5:15am (Time Limit: 6 hours) Half Marathon Elite: 5:45am (Time Limit: 2.5 hours) Challenge: 6:45am (Time Limit: 3 hours) 10km Elite: 9:00am (Time Limit: 1 hour 45 mins) STREETATHON - Asia YOUTHRUN 10K2024: 9:30am (Time Limit: 2 hours） STREETATHON - Asia YOUTHRUN 10K2024 (Family Category): 9:30am (Time Limit: 2 hours） Challenge: 10:00am (Time Limit: 2 hours) # The organiser recommends runners to arrive at the baggage check area at least 90 minutes before the start time. If no baggage is needed for storage, the runners are recommended to arrive at the start area at least 45 minutes before the start time. # In order to have the closed roads open on time, there are cut-off points along the race route. Runners are required to leave the route to get on the shuttle bus arranged by the Organiser and go to the finish point if they cannot pass the cut-off points before the cut-off time.

The registration information that can be changed is only limited to Mobile Number, Email Address, Gender, Nationality, Living Region, Address, Name and Contact of Emergency Person, Expected Finish Time, Name on Finish Certificate, Preferred Language on or before 30 September 2024. On of after 1 October 2024: Runners are required to contact the Organiser and submit the designated form with $100(HKD) administration charge for the change of information. (Adminstration fee is charged per form submission) Once the registration is confirmed, the following registration information cannot be changed, including but not limited to: Running Categary, English Full Name, Chinese Full Name, Date of Birth, Hong Kong Identity Document /Passport number, size of Runner T-shirt, merchandise items and Limited Edition Charity T-shirt.

Public liability insurance is covered by the Organizer. This does not include personal accident insurance. It is recommended that all participants purchase their own personal accident insurance and other relevant insurance according to their needs.
